PARAT to deliver first Power to Heat system in Austria

HALLAG Kommunal GmbH orders 20MW High Voltage Electrode Hot Water Boiler from PARAT Halvorsen AS and will be installed in their new Power to Heat plant at Hall in Tirol.

Our first Power to Heat system in Austria was sold to HALLAG Kommunal GmbH and will be installed in their brand new Power to Heat plant at Hall in Tirol.

PARAT will deliver a modern 20MW High Voltage Electrode Hot Water Boiler with 10kV connection, design pressure: 8 barg and design temperature: 175°C. The boiler is also capable to participate in Grid Regulation and fulfils the requirements of the primary, secondary and tertiary control in Austria. PARAT Halvorsen AS will deliver the Boiler and Control cabinet along with the start-up. Commissioning is planned in winter 2022/2023.

This project is done together with Kraftanlagen Energies & Services.

  • The increase of reliability and flexibility of the district heating supply of the existing biomass cogeneration plant
  • The supply of primary, secondary and tertiary control
