New ORO plant to Astilleros Gondan S.A.
In November PARAT has signed a boiler plant contract with the Astilleros Gondan S.A. - Hull No.450. The shipyard is located in Asturias, on the northern coast of Spain.
Multi Field Support Vessel
The vessel ordered by Simon Møkster Shipping is a Multi Field Support Vessel (MFSV) of 97 m length designed by Vik&Sandvik.
The vessel is designed for ORO-services. In this case PARAT will deliver a complete boiler plant consisting of all necessary equipment for tank heating (fulfilling the NOFO 2009 requirements) and addition also the hot water supply for central heating system, (AC, domestic heater, tank washing etc.) The boiler type is a PARAT horizontal oil fired steam boiler, capacity of 2400kgs/h - 7.0 barg.
The vessel is expected to be delivered in 2nd. quarter 2011.
