Parat Halvorsen is under continuous development and is happy to boast a growing staff of professionals. Increased order volumes and good profits have created a constant need for additional personnel.
Over the past 15 months, we have employed 8 new colleagues within project management, technical and 3D design, electrical engineering, PLC engineering and welding.
Finding qualified candidates has proven difficult in Norway’s pressured labour market. Consequently, we now have colleagues from Serbia, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Poland and Sweden. Parat Halvorsen thus a fantastic international and multicultural organisation with a high level of expertise.
In order to meet future challenges – and continue to develop – Parat Halvorsen will need to recruit new staff also in the future. Our philosophy therefore is to keep the door open at all times for interested professionals in all relevant categories.
