Transocean Searcher

Late 2008 PARAT Service team preformed a complete replacement job on the “Transocean Searcher” under yard stay at Hanøytangen west of Bergen.

PARAT was responsible for the complete job including taking out access hole in one of the platform legs 25mtrs over sea level, and remove the two old PARAT boilers that had been in operation since 1982.

Two new boilers PARAT KS 3000kgs, water tube boilers was installed complete with feed water tank, feed water pumps, PLC control panel.

All in accordance to class regulation DNV.
